We never sell your data. We never disclose the identity of your assigned CA or legal professional. Your information is used only to deliver your service. That is our commitment to you — always.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use NomikPro:

Personal Information

  • Name, email address, phone number, and residential or business address.
  • PAN, Aadhaar, and other government-issued identification (where required for service delivery).
  • Business registration details, GST numbers, and financial information relevant to the service requested.

Technical Information

  • IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically when you use our platform.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to improve platform performance and user experience.

Uploaded Documents

  • Any documents, certificates, or files you upload as part of a service request.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To fulfil and deliver the services you have requested.
  • To communicate with you about your request, including status updates and follow-ups.
  • To send important compliance reminders, renewal notices, and platform announcements.
  • To improve the quality, reliability, and features of our platform.
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information for advertising profiling and do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Non-Disclosure of Partner Professionals

NomikPro operates on a white-label partner model. The identities of the Chartered Accountants and legal professionals assigned to your requests are never disclosed to users, other platform users, or any third party. Partner professionals are contractually obligated to maintain full confidentiality regarding client information and their association with NomikPro.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited data sharing occurs only in the following circumstances:

  • With partner professionals (where necessary) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.
  • With government authorities and regulatory bodies as required by law or for the purpose of completing a statutory filing.
  • With payment processors to facilitate secure transactions.

All third parties with whom we share data are required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). We implement access controls, regular security audits, and intrusion detection measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Document files are retained for the period necessary to deliver your service and for a minimum of three years thereafter for legal and audit purposes, unless you request deletion in accordance with your rights.
