Refund Policy

NomikPro is committed to delivering high-quality services on time. We understand that circumstances can change. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect. Please read it carefully before placing a service request.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Service Not Started

Your request has been placed and paid for, but work has not yet commenced. A full refund (excluding payment processing charges) will be issued.

NomikPro Unable to Deliver

In the rare event that NomikPro is unable to fulfil your service request due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund.

Material Error in Deliverable

If the completed work contains a significant error attributable to NomikPro and not due to incorrect information provided by you, we will first offer to correct the issue at no charge. If unresolved, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of service.
  • The delay or issue was caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late submission of required documents or information by you.
  • Government processing delays, statutory authority timelines, or external regulatory factors outside NomikPro's control.
  • A change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Government fees, statutory charges, or filing fees paid to regulatory bodies on your behalf โ€” these are non-recoverable once submitted.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • 2Include your order details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting information or documentation.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where a service has been partially completed at the time of a valid refund request, a partial refund reflecting the undelivered portion may be offered. The exact amount will be determined based on the stage of completion and communicated to you clearly before processing.

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing escalations@nomikpro.in. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and transparently. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
