NomikPro does not itself provide legal advice or accounting services — it coordinates and delivers them through qualified partner professionals operating under our brand and quality standards.
The specific scope of each service is described at the time of purchase. Services are subject to availability and government processing timelines where applicable.
NomikPro operates on a white-label partner model. Services are fulfilled by independent qualified professionals engaged by NomikPro. These professionals work under NomikPro's brand and quality standards. Their individual identities are not disclosed to users. By using NomikPro, you acknowledge and accept this model of service delivery.

Payment for all services is required in full at the time of placing a request. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Government statutory fees (if any) are communicated separately and are non-negotiable amounts payable to regulatory authorities. NomikPro does not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements unless explicitly agreed in writing.
NomikPro is a service facilitation platform, not a law firm or accounting firm. While we work with qualified professionals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes in government processes, regulatory approvals, or legal proceedings. Timelines for government-dependent processes (e.g., company incorporation, trademark registration) are estimates and are subject to change based on regulatory authority processing times, which are outside our control.
NomikPro's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. NomikPro is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform or reliance on the services provided. In matters where professional liability arises, it rests with the individual partner professional under applicable professional regulations.
All content on the NomikPro platform — including text, design, graphics, and software — is the property of Getnomik and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from NomikPro.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@nomikpro.in. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, governed by Indian law.
NomikPro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
